New Holland Introduces A Super-Sized Compact Track Loader
Construction equipment manufacturer New Holland just released its latest compact track loader. The company says the C245 Super Boom is one of the most powerful vertical lift compact track loaders in its class.
Compact But Mighty
Don’t let the size of the New Holland C245 Super Boom fool you. This CTL has a 90-horsepower engine, a jaw-dropping operating capacity of 4,500 pounds, and a breakout force of 9,188 pounds. The unit is the biggest CTL that New Holland manufacturers, and in order to meet the demands of operators who routinely push their machines to the limit, the company has outfitted the C245 with heavy-duty high-flow hydraulics capable of running at up to 40 gallons per minute. This feature lets owners take advantage of a variety of high-performance attachments, such as heavy-duty forestry cutters, mulchers, manhole cutters, high-flow trenchers and augers, and concrete saws.
New Holland Compact Track Loader Product Marketing Manager Ryan Anderson says there’s more to the C245 than just raw muscle. “The 90-horsepower C245 not only delivers more power, more lift capacity, more hydraulic horsepower, and more hydraulic flow, the rugged construction, smooth, stable ride, and exceptional visibility allows operators to work with more confidence and speed.”
See All The Bumps, But Feel None Of Them
New Holland built the C245 with a wide, comfortable cab with ample foot room, headroom, and superior visibility of the surrounding area. Night jobs are also possible thanks to the C245’s new steel front work lights and side lamps.
