Rock Systems Drive-Over Truck Unloader, Model 104-C for bottom dump trucks with gates up to 14’ long, complete as follows: a) 5’-2” wide x 16’-0” long hopper opening constructed of 1/4” thick steel plate with reinforcing; struck hopper storage capacity 6.5 tons (based on material weighing 100 lbs/cu ft). b) Adjustable discharge gate to control material flow. c) Fabricated steel support structure with heavy duty structural beams and 1/4” thick plate steel enclosure on the ends of the structure to accommodate earthen ramps; wheel runway and heavy duty pipe grizzly with 6" openings; removable handrails with wheel bumpers. d) 42” wide heavy duty belt feeder with 30 h.p. electric motor drive; rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge Type E pillow block bearings; self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; full length skirtboards with Hercules 3/4” thick adjustable rubber flashing; CEMA “C” flat belt carrier idlers mounted on close centers; CEMA “C” return idler; 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers; Flexco Rockline belt scraper; tail and nip guards. e) 42” wide x 34’ long side discharge conveyor complete with 15 h.p. electric motor drive, rubber lagged head pulley, self-cleaning tail pulley, screw take-up assemblies, pillow block bearings, receiving hopper with skirtboards and hold down wheels, 8” deep channel conveyor frame construction, CEMA “C” troughing and return idlers with 5” diameter rolls, 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers, skid mounted support legs, discharge hood with AR liners and Flexco Rockline belt scraper. f) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray enamel paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow enamel paint for all guarding.
