Machine Refreshed at 20,000 hours. Summary of work below:
1. Komatsu reman engine
2. New radiator cores
3. After cooler cleaned and pressure checked
4. Fuel coolers cleaned and pressure checked
5. Pump Drive overhauled and resealed
6. All pumps, fan motors, swing drive motors and two travel motors replaced
7. Resealed all hydraulic cylinders
8. Remove and reseal hydraulic control valve
9. Reseal swivel
10. Resealed swing drives
11. Replace six hydraulic accumulators
12. Clean and pressure check two hydraulic coolers
13. New track chains with used pads installed
14. Various track rollers replaced as needed
15. Rebuilt Final Drives
16. Replaced all travel hoses from swivel to travel motor
17. Replaced all hoses in pump compartment area
18. New Seat
19. Rebuilt the PTO
