(3) Adjustable spray bars in slurry box with mini-manifold. Mini-manifold plumbed in parallel with 4’ line from main manifold, 2” outlets. Mini-manifold to be mounted on structure, not to be part of the structure. All spray bars capped with ball valves. Beaver tails on top deck spray bars and (13) brass nozzles on center and bottom deck spray bars. 3” up flow line to sand screw Pressure Gauge - 0 - 100 PSI on manifold, mounted in middle, on bottom, so it can be seen from the ground, second pressure gage mounted on mini manifold • 13hp Honda Electric Start Gas Power Unit – with pump, reservoir, filter, valve body and plumbing • Hydraulic Raise/Lower Slurry Box Slurry Box constructed of 3/8” AR steel, with (3) adjustable spray bars • Gate Valve to balance flow between screws • Cross-Over Inlet • Manual Roll Away Screen Overs Chutes top, center and bottom deck overs chutes constructed of 3/8” AR steel. Top and Bottom deck chute with blending gates allows blending into the center deck overs in 25% increments • Under Screen Flume constructed of 1/4" mild steel, with two rinse bars • Walkway & Ladder - diamond plate flooring with double handrail and kickplate on three sides of screen. (1) aluminum access ladder.
