• Strip machine for power washing
• Complete CAT TA1 Plus inspection
• Complete all Pressure & Performance checks to ensure within OEM spec
• Update ECM flash files
• Cut open all filters & inspect for contaminates - all clean
• Service emissions system as needed
• Inspect magnetic plugs/screens & suction screens - all clean
• Replaced all machine component breathers
• Service machine as required
• Check oil levels
• Inspect oils for discoloration- all good
• Check for logged & active codes & repair
• Check for applicable service letters
Based on inspection, CAT mechanic completed the following repairs:
• Installed 2 NEW brake accumulators
• Installed NEW pilot accumulator
• Installed NEW hoses as needed
• REBUILT parking brake assembly
• Installed NEW rear axle trunnion bushings
• Installed NEW throttle pedal
• Installed NEW wiper blades
• Installed NEW rear washer pump
• Installed NEW back-up alarm
• Installed NEW right-side mirror
• Completed required cab repairs
• Serviced breaker panel
• Serviced batteries & connections
• Installed NEW rad cap
• All NEW breathers
Marcel Equipment completed the following repairs:
• Linebored front steering cylinder bores
• Installed NEW pins & bearings in steering cylinders
• Installed NEW washer fluid bottle
• Installed NEW front fenders
• Installed NEW back-up camera
• Installed NEW joystick control
• Installed seat suspension kit
• Ensured all grease points were taking grease
