Here is a real good, work ready 67 HP Caterpillar 232 Cab Skid Steer. Just 857 Hours. Enclosed cab with the door missing which is how we got it. Runs and operates as it should and it’s in good ready to work condition. This skid steer did have heat from the factory and the fan does blow but haven't checked it out more than that. If you decide to add a door someday they also make aftermarket AC add on units starting under $400 from overseas that may last a few seasons at least or a nice long term solution would be a new Red Dot Air unit which go for $1,500 and up before installation. And this Cat 232 has a nice 4-in-1 72” CAT Bucket plus airless tires. And has joystick hand controls too.
