Description

***RUNS, DOES NOT OPERATE*** This machine has a brand new under carriage (roughly 2 hours of use) and a recent set of carbides. Runs excellent; though, it has no function whatsoever. The consensus from Fecon is that the drive plate on the back of the engine is stripped and not turning any of the pumps. The machine was working perfect one day and not the next which coincides with Fecon's prognosis. Financing and nationwide delivery available.
