The CAT C13B produces 536 HP and meets Tier 4 Final requirements. It has three hours since its CAT overhaul. The 36" diameter by 60" wide mill has 30 hammers, while the 60 by 24" opening accepts material up to 24".
The 14′-8″ by 60″ infeed uses a 20″ feed wheel. Primary and secondary discharge conveyors move finished material, with a 22′-9″ by 42″ secondary conveyor. Published production is 200-300 cubic yards per hour, depending on material, screens, setup, and loading.
This 48,000 lbs towable unit measures approximately 42′-8″ long, 8′-6″ wide, and 13′-6″ high. It has a 200 gallon fuel tank, 120 gallon hydraulic tank, remote control, and pintle hitch.
Completed work includes the mill drive belt kit, pulley bushing, discharge bracket and rollers, air filters, turbo tube, hydraulic fittings, mill-bearing housing, keystock, belly belt splice and tracking, flashing, grease lines, hydraulic yoke pins, front steps, fluids, hardware, wear items, and conveyor components. Welding addressed the mill, bearing area, cutter bodies, grate holder, brackets, and frame cracks.
