    Rock Systems Model 108-5S Stationary 5 Bin Blending Hopper complete as follows: a. Each hopper is 9’-6” wide x 14’ long with 20 tons storage capacity constructed from 1/4” thick steel plate with rectangle tube reinforcing at the hopper top and angle iron reinforcing at the hopper mid-section and bottom section; self-relieving tapered hopper bottom opening to minimize bridging; full length skirtboards with 3/4" x 6" adjustable rubber flashing to prevent leakage between hopper bottom and belt feeder; wrap around skirtboards with AR deflectors; adjustable discharge gate with extended hand crank to control material flow from each hopper. Includes 6” square tube in each hopper. b. Support legs constructed of wide flange beams with square tube cross bracing; steel fabricated base plates. c. Each belt feeder is 30” wide x 8’ long with World Wide premium efficiency 5 h.p. C face electric motor, Nord SK9042.1 right angle helical bevel gearbox; 12” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge 2-7/16” SCM pillow block bearings; 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge 2-3/16” SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard and side nip guards; CEMA “C” flat belt idlers with 5” diameter steel rolls and 1-1/2” raiser brackets mounted on close centers; 3 ply vulcanized endless conveyor belting; belt speed setup for 90 fpm. d. Collecting conveyor is 36” wide x 74’ long with World Wide premium efficiency 15 h.p. C face electric motor, Nord SK9042.1 right angle helical bevel gearbox; 16” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge 2-15/16” SCM pillow block bearings; 14” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge 2-7/16” SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard; head pulley nip guards; CEMA “C” 35 degree troughing idlers with 5” diameter rolls; CEMA “C” return idlers with 5” diameter rolls; 2 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers; Flexco 140 mechanical belt splice; 9’-6” long conveyor extension beyond the hoppers. belt speed setup for approx. 350 fpm. e. Bolted connection between two hoppers and the collecting conveyor to accommodate truck freight and the addition of future bins. f. One finish coat polyurethane white paint for all equipment and one finish coat polyurethane safety yellow paint for the guarding. g. Electric motor control panel with main disconnect, variable speed drives for each belt feeder, fixed speed starter for 15 h.p. collecting conveyor motor, circuit breaker branch circuit protection, control power transformer, start/stop push buttons for each motor, speed potentiometer for each belt feeder, emergency stop button, selector switch for each belt feeder to run only the desired belt feeders for special blends, all mounted in a NEMA 4 enclosure and mounted on a skid support structure. Excludes electrical wiring from the control panel to the motors.
