Goodfellow Stack Pack with 3 – 36” x 70’ Stackable Conveyors to include the following:
· Quantity three (3) 36” x 70’ stackable conveyors; Bottom one equipped with road portable options and will carry two additional stackables on top.
· Frame – 30” deep heavy duty lattice type frame designed with recessed receiving trough; troughing and return idlers to allow for stacking one on another for ease of transportation. The conveyors are designed to “roll apart” for easy set-up and transport.
Each Stackable includes:
· Drive Assembly – Head end, v-belt drive for 350 FPM belt speed
· Motor – 30 HP electric, 1800 RPM, TEFC 3/60/460, LESS starters & wiring
· Reducer – Class II, Dodge TA4207 shaft mount
· Backstop – Internal type in reducer
· Head Pulley – 16” grooved rubber lagged, FYH bearings
· Tail Pulley – 14” steel wing, FYH bearings
· Receiving Trough– 5’ long
· Idlers – CEMA-C, 5” diameter steel
· Troughing - 20-degree under receiving trough; 35 degree thereafter on 4’ spacing
· Return - steel roll on 8' spacing with return roll guards as required
· Belting - 3 ply, 330 PIW 1/4" top x 1/16" bottom covers, mechanical fastener splice
· Belt Take Up - screw type
· Paint – Factory standard color(s).

· Belt cleaner – Martin with tensioner
· Pintle hitch
· Landing gear
· Adjustable height dolly undercarriage, tube in a tube type, single 11:00-22.5 tires mounted on the TOP two (2) stackables.

· Undercarriage – manual telescoping pin design with walking beam axle and single (4) 11:00-22.5 tires;
· King pin, Air brakes, Travel lights – brake & directional includes mud flaps
