Pit Portable Low Profile End Dump Truck Unloader, Model 111-LP complete as follows: a) Low profile truck dump 11’ long x 4’-6” wide x 24” tall, hopper and skirtboards with adjustable Hercules 1/2” x 6” skirtboard rubber; side boards; removable backboard which can be installed on either side of the unit; 1” x 6” rubber bumpers. b) 48” wide discharge conveyor complete with 25 h.p. electric motor, Dodge TXT625 shaft mount reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and drive guard; 20” rubber lagged head pulley; 8” snub pulley; 12” self-cleaning tail pulley with screw take-up assemblies; Dodge pillow block bearings; 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers; CEMA “C” flat belt idlers mounted on close centers at load point followed by CEMA “C” 20 degree troughing idlers mounted on 4’ centers; CEMA “C” return idlers mounted on 10’ centers with return idler guards; vertical curve with hold down wheels; Flexco Rockline belt scraper; steel fabricated discharge hood with AR liners. 250 feet per minute belt speed. c) Single axle chassis with pneumatic tires, mud flaps and pintle type tow hitch. d) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray enamel paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow enamel paint for all guarding. e) Electric motor control panel pre-wired to the electric motor.
