1996, Simplicity Dual Portable Screening Plant
• Primary screen - 6’ x 16’ Triple Deck – 3616-LP140A-1943
• Secondary screen – 6’ x 20’ Triple Deck – 3620-LP140A-1942
• Structural steel chassis w/triple axle undercarriage.
o Four hydraulic jacks to raise and lower plant, (cribbing required for operation).
• Two (2) 60” wide under screen conveyors, one under each screen
• Three (3) 42” wide cross plant conveyors
Plant was inspected and reconditioned as follows.
• New plant wiring and control panels on removable stand.
• New tires installed on all wheels
• Gears inspected, and oil changed on vibrating units.
• Screen drives inspected and adjusted.
• Conveyors were inspected
o New top cross belt
o New under screen belt
o New top cross conveyor gear box
o New under screen conveyor gear box
o Flashing replaced as required
o Idlers replaced as required
• New Honda power pack for hydraulic leveling.
• New screen crown rubber, tension rails, and hardware.Specifications
