Processor/harvesters are the true workhorses of any forestry operation, whether it’s focused on clear-cutting or thinning chores. Wheel processor/harvesters are generally built on articulated chassis that give them greater maneuverability and stability. A wheel harvester’s four, six, or eight large tires also spread the machine’s weight out across a wider area, thus minimizing its impact on the forest floor.
